Boot Camp Sport

5:00 AM - 6:15 AM

 

This is our 6th year of summer boot camp and this year quite likely is the best yet.  You will have to be then final judge.  We are offering more of a lifestyle change to your personal needs than ever.  It will also be more interactive than ever.  With all of the daily challenges we tackle, life is a sport and we are all athletes playing this sport called life.  We aim to prepare everyone for life by training them to become healthy, elite, life athletes.  Boot camp is the ultimate 10 day workout.  My trainers and I challenge you mentally, physically, and nutritionally.  Upon completing boot camp you will  know that you are on the direct track to total wellness.  We accomplish more in 10 days than most fitness seekers accomplish in 90 days.  You can do anything for 10 days!  Life is a sport, train for it.  - Kerry D. Boot Camp Sport  - A uniquely designed fitness program for all of those looking for a new fitness challenge to kick-start or restart their health and fitness quest.  New Improved Meal Planning.  Meals provided by My Fit Foods (Recommended for best results).  10 days of boot camp followed by 2 weeks of 360° Training.

 Beginner Boot Camp - A fitness program designed for the beginning health and fitness seeker that is aiming to improve their health, but at a slower pace.  You may choose to begin in the beginner boot camp and transition into Sport if you like.  We have new and improved meal planning, and  meals provided by My Fit Foods (Recommended for best results). 

   *  Beginning fitness level

    *  Custom exercises to fitness levels

Boot Camp Frequently Asked Questions
 

Q:  Do I have to be in shape to do boot camp?

A:  No.  Boot Camp is for every fitness level.  Trainers are there to help and encourage everyone through their work outs.

 

Q:  What kind of workouts do we do?

A:  Workouts are composed of a functional style of interval training.   We incorporate resistance and cardio training into every workout.  Some days we incorporate more resistance and others incorporate more cardio.  Every day is a different creative mission

 

Q:  Is nutrition a part of the boot camp

A:  Yes.  You will get a boot camp meal plan to follow and also have a daily non-nutritional element to remove from your diet.

 

Q:  Do I have to be able to run?

A:  No.  We have fitness levels for everyone.  You will simply choose the appropriate group based on your fitness level.  Run if you are a runner and walk if you are a walker. 

 

Q:  How is Kerry’s Boot Camp different from other boot camps?

A:  Kerry is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.  Kerry and Team Bionik instruct and motivates with a positive  style.
